delayed my contract cancellation

i made a call in 24 June 2015 to cancel my contracts and the consultant told me that she will call me back within 48HRS to confirm cancellation but she didnt.<br> <br> they where supposed to cancel my contracts on the 24 July 2015, but didi not do it<br> <br> when i call in for inquiry all consultants told me the that they are going to request call recording and listen to it and after they will call me back within 48 hrs and they never did.<br> <br> i send emails still not yet assisted, and since september they barred their nertwork but keep on debiting my account.<br> <br> when i enquired they told me that they are also recharging me every months even thou they barred(switch off )their network<br> <br> i request the satement for account to show that account is fully paid i never received it till now<br> <br>
