Delayed & Incorrect Sale

I app**** for a Samsung Note 4 and data contract with Cell C on the 16/03/2015 with Cell C direct. After providing the necessary documentation on the same day, I was advised that application had been submitted for review. I contacted on the 17/03/2015 to confirm the status of the documents. To which I was advised that no notes were captured that the documents were received. On contacting on the 19/03/2015, I was advised that the data contract has been approved however the application for the Samsung Note 4 is processed with 2 phones having been app**** for. This came as a surprise as I had contacted twice before and no one had notified me that this was the case. Neither could anyone advise what the status of processed means nor when I could expect the application to be finalized. This is really bad demonstration of incompetence from Cell C as I have never had an issue with the service before. Especially in regards to a sale, it is a real disappointment. and leaves me wondering how much Cell C values its clients and their dedication to sales etiquette and customer experience.
