Delayed drop off at Main Cell Branch

Hi<br> Ref num: PRE725488<br> I dropped my phone (Sony M5) off last week 09/03/2016 the Wednesday at Wesgate Mall. I called Cell C repairs today and apparently they received nothing yet. They also mentioned that the phone should have been dropped off by them already and it is a delay.<br> Im not happy with this service I was told it will take 15 days max to be fixed and I require my phone and this delaying the process.<br> Repairs also mentioned that they are only Mon-Fri available.<br> I spoke to Sony in person and they confirmed it take five days to be fixed and delivered had I know this I would of dealt with them directly. I am not happy and very frustrated!<br>
