Delayed collection

I upgraded online and my laptop was delivered within a week since i wasnt home i only opened the package the 6th of may.Upon startup i found that the laptop was faulty so i called customecare to report it on monday the 9th i recieved an sms saying tht the laptop would be collected with in 3 to 7days . On the 18th of May i phoned again and i recieved the same sms, somehow the first collection was cancelled .Its now the 7th of June and the laptop have'nt been collected yet.Whats upsetting is im paying for a product im not using .....
