<p>I would like to thank your company personnel Delani Mabena at the Activation and follow up division for their excellent support. Delani took care of all my queries in a jiffy. <br /> He also provided timely and helpful advice regarding my query which no one else could actually solve or give me proper feedback. He let me know all the important information regarding the phone and the query itself. Delani was extremely attentive and she listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He also ensured that I received all the information regarding the device(colour, ref no, delivery details etc) .</p> <p>Delani assisted me from the day I called in cellc and made a complaint that my phone could not be insured because it’s a CPO and has went out of his way to assist me and to today he is the only agent at CellC that I actually trust and believe as most of them were ducking and diving, you have given me a “personally your service” which is the service we Bestmed employees give to our clients, which is personal and unique and catering for your specific wants and needs</p> <p> I would especially like to commend Delani for his professionalism and superlative s****s.</p> <p>Keep up the good work and I could hear from the phone that you are passionate about your job keep it up and keep that energy always</p> <p> </p>
