02 Aug 2018, 15:22Good day
I have rep**** to Mo****ng and Thabisile about my query. I havent heard a word from them instead everyday my account is debited without my knowledge. Please stop debiting my account. I will pay that money as per my payment arrangement request below...I will pay the money straight to your account myself. Starting the 25 of August
Thanks for the feedback. I’m sorry for the late response, I was off sick. I’m still going through the statements. I have requested not to debit my account but you still went ahead and debited my account. I would to make a payment arrangement that will start on the 25 August 2018. I will done the direct deposit to your account and please don’t debit my account as I won’t have provision to pay you… I hope this is in order.
Regards
Phindile

Maropeng, I didn’t request for a refund but I said I would like to know why I was told I need to pay more on one number since I feel I paid enough to cater everything and I said and investigated and come back to me instead you refunded the money without any feedback and the consolidation statement that I requested you never sent me . Please go back to my recording for that particular day…..and the problem here is that you guys you messed up my payments and now you are failing to allocate my money as per how I paid you….all I need here allocate my payments according how I paid them then I’m not refusing to pay what was incorrectly refunded to me…according those statements and my payments….i don’t see the amounts that I paid instead its showing different amounts…

Good day, I disagree with the information that I received….please see the proof payment that initially paid towards both accounts and those amounts don’t appear on any of those statements. And furthermore ********** 602 why my opening balance is –R1616.54 and please when you sending me the consolidation I want to see the exact amounts that I paid on each accounts because what I’m seeing it’s not what I paid on those accounts. Can you also start my statement from Feb not April….And I will appreciate that you stop all the debit orders that you keep on debiting on my account yesterday there was also another debit that went off my account and that its unacceptable because what’s happening I didn’t agree to and all this confusion wasn’t my fault…it’s all because of your *********** staff….and I would like you guys go through my voice recorded calls because I paid monies according to what I was told to pay as commitment amounts.

poor service and *********** staff
On the 26, 27 March 2018 I called Cellc customer care to enquire about the the settlement amount for my two lines and i was give these amounts for ********** 972 R1766.33 and i paid R1950 towards this number on the 26 March and on this number ********** 602 R1545.54 and i paid R1545.54 on the 28 March. And I requested to migrate ********** 972 to top up of which i was phoned back and told it was done. Two, three days later I went to Pinecrest to cancel the 062 number I found out that the migrate didnt go through and after i have discovered that I decided to cancel the 061 number of which i was told that i cant cancel that i still owe money then i asked how because i paid R1950 to that account and nobody can explain to me what happaned to the money that i paid of which i paid R1950 instead of R1766.33. Then i was asked to provide proof of payment and of which i did to Roxanne Venter. And yesterday Roxanne confirmed that the payment has been allocated. I then went back to Pinecrest and I was assisted by Ayanda and he told me that the payment that was allocated to this account was R1427 and some change my query is that how come of which i still dont get an answer....and why this payment of R1950 vanished on my account after it was confirmed that its reflecting. I need someone to explain to me what happened because when i made a payment i did use the right reference which was the cellphone number...I need a detailed statement for both numbers showing the right payments. Eventually Ayanda managed to cancel the line though im not happy that im still gonna be debited by three hundred something on that line as i feel that i paid extra so i need an investigation to be done as i will not pay more for what its not clear to me after being advised to pay the amounts. my contact number is ********** 053 or office number ********** 404
