Im being given the worst service ever by CELL C,I complaint about how my account is being handled,here underneath the correspondence,

Hi Kamal As per Nu Debt when account was handed back to Cell C on the 12/09/18 amount owing was R573.68.

AND EMAIL FROM ANOTHER DEBT COLLECTOR ,ITS SAME ACCOUNT REMEMBER

SSD is handling account number ********** 99. As per Beam considered all the payments reflect the outstanding amount is R1165.33 .Customer also received another email with the another debt company, now he needs clarity on what he needs to done:

when the account returned back to cell c there was two transaction made amounting to R600,00 and R216,00 debited from my account.so can cell c explain to me how then the account accumulates(R1162.33-573.68)= R588,68 from the 12/09/2018 to the 27/09/2018,my monthly instalment is R216,00 only .and they should consider all payments made and all the proof has been sent to Ms Ntuil.
