So I took out a contract with Cell C in 2020 February.. I called them in February 2022 to confirm that I will not be upgrading and the contract needs to stop. To my surprise Cell C informed me that a sim only deal was taken out to continue with the contract which I confirmed with them that I have never corresponded with them for a new contract. They requested me to send an affidavit with me id and a refund request which was sent on 7 April 2022 and up to today they still not getting back regarding the refund and ***** which is happening on my account...my patience ran out and they are just useless with customer support
