Definitely bad service
I reported that my cell phone got lost and I needed to do a sim swap and the call center refused to help me and told me I needed to get SAPS number and send it to their mail. I need my sim card because am doing business with it

As per the last communication, last month when you logged a review, the consultant advised that you should have a have a non-Rica registered sim card. Which you did not have at that time then you were advised on a way forward.
We will get someone to assist.
