DEFECTIVE CELL C SIM CARD
This is the third time in 5 months that my sim card just stopped working. my last sim swap was done 1 month ago.
this is unacceptable. I cant keep paying for a new sim card and R50 every time for a sim swap especially when I havent damaged it. It had not been taken out of my phone so how does it get damaged? Please can someone offer me a sensible reason as the call centre is unable to provide me with one.
The individual that assisted me at the cell C shop assured me that the Trace sim card will not fail however 1 month later, here I am with another failed sim card.
