Default Listing Without Notifying me

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have a contract with Cell C that I took out in September 2015. My debit order date has always been the last day of the month. In March I had an issue where I changed my debit order, but later forgot that the date had changed as I was used to having the debit order deduct money on the last day of the month. Cell C claims they did not get their money after two a attempts to debit. Nothing was said to me. I did not receive any letter in writing nor did I get a courtesy call to inform me about their intentions to list me as a default payer. July came and I was due for a cellphone upgrade and I was given grief about it because that's when I found out that I was listed. I ended getting a cellphone upgrade but I'm still concerned about the default listing because its affecting my credit profile badly. I contacted them to add an additional line to my contract and they refused because of the listing. I now need to open up an account and I can't do it because of this issue. I feel that my rights as a consumer have been violated. How do you list a judgment against me without informing me. Since the March issue I have honored all my debit orders. I am just worried about this listing which is going to stick to my records for the next two years when I was never even contacted in writing to inform me about their intentions. I would like to make a request that cell c sorts out this matter because I have called so many times and no one has been to assist me. </span></p>
