Defamation

My husband cancelled his contract months ago. Cell C however decided that they'd still like to debit his account every month....after he received an e-mail confirming cancellation of his contract. Today, he gets 5 calls from a debt collector for this. I mentioned that the contract would be cancelled because he could not use the benefit he was paying for and Cell C's call centre staff nor their technicians could assist him.

I've left a number for Cell C to call him on and also explained that he would not be able to take calls while he is at work. I kindly gave Cell C my contact number in the event of them trying to make contact with him while he's at work.

Why would you drag someone's name through the mud like that? How dare you?!

Our legal team will be in touch with yours. This is unacceptable and we will not take it lying down.
