Deductions for a contract I do not have!

I used to have 3 contracts with CellC that I had paid off. Now there are deuctions ranging for R81.23, R92 and R241.01. This has contuined through out the year. I have contacted the Payments department in May 2015. I emailed them bank statements highlighting the deductions. i have not agreed to pay for anyones contracts. as I now have one with Jabba and not Cellc. it has been a full month and yet again Cellc has deducted R92 from my account. I have not recieved any response via email or telephonically, as i was told to wait for a response from the payments team. The deduction code is CELL C SP ******.
