Deduction of premiums for an expired and calcelled contract

I just received a call from one of cellc representatives she couldn't even give an answer as to why they are still deducting premiums from my account except for I'm paying for their services and when I asked which services she kept saying the ones I get every month I don' even have a cellc number the contract number I had with them is no longer active hence she called me on my old vodacom number I requested for the recorded communication with cellc she cannot provide she insist that I pay for services which I do not services and that k owe cellc but she cannot provide the details of what money do I owe cellc as I have canceled my contract but now I'm paging the unknown services. I don't know what kind of business cellc is providing to its clients I regret ever having any contracts with them I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and this is a thank you I get from cellc I refuse to be bul**** and having my credit profile ruined by cellc I will fight this even if we can go to court I'm prepared for them
