Deduction after they cancelled the contract 4 July 2020 and still deduct money from account!!!!

Good day. We have had a contract with cell c for years. According to them they have cancelled the contract on the 4th of July 2020 because the contract expired and discontunued the cell number in the ****le. Last month they have deducted R225.89 where we always have payed R148.99 we have phoned on the 1st of October 2020 they logged a query and they have sms the reference number *** and told us they will contact us in 2 working days. It is a month futher still no call. So on the 1st of November 2020 they deducted a nother R148.99 again we have called again they have logged a call with ref ***. Meanwhile they just deduct money from our bank account we get no answers because of Covid 19 and the department is working from home. So how much mone are they still going to take "steel" from us before someone will solve this and pay my money back? We have phoned 1 July 2020 at 16:03 again on 7 July 2020 at 9:14 again on 13 July 2020 at 13:37 and yesterday 1 Nov 2020 at 16:38.
