Deducting money that was already paid in full at one of the shops months later

<p>So in May I paid my contract in full as I no longer wanted to have anything contractual to do with Cell C. I was not debited end of June. End of July they debit R238 if not more from my account. Apparently it's to settle the debt. What debt as I had paid them in full at the Mall of Africa shop. Spoke to a lady on the phone on the 29th of July. She told me with in 7working days my money would be paid into my account. Today is the 7th day. Where is my money Cell C? To everyone, please check your accounts. Cell C could have charged you for things you have already paid for. Be careful. I am so glad I cancelled the contract. I WANT MY MONEY. I have reference numbers to prove all this. And the call center lady tells me, my query is being investigated. What is being investigated?? How is that my problem? Because my problem right now is that Cell C falsely deducted and are dragging their feet to rectify this. </p>
