Deducting money but not assisting me !!!!!

I have been calling the call centre and went in store to stop my contract before it upgrades, no one will assist me!!! I have proof of all my phone records with dates and times!!<br> They keep deducting money from my account!!!! Useless, can't stand this place!!! Will never recommend them to anyone!!!!<br>
