Deducted another month's insurance

I originally posted on 18 January regarding insurance that was cancelled. I was contacted on that same day by Funiwe Hintsho. She confirmed all the details & I emailed her my correspondence with C-Surance confirming cancellation. On the 19th, I received a message from accounts, reference number *** that they received my query. Funiwe called me again on the 20 January to let me know that she's waiting to find out how owes me the cash, Cell C or C-Surance. It's on my Cell C statement came off as one payment as far as I'm concerned Cell C owes me.<br> I asked if the January statement was corrected or else I will pay for insurance again. She told me not to worry I will be refunded the money owed. Wasn't specific about January. I left it at that.<br> Cell C has charged me for insurance again this month. The debit order bounced due to insufficient funds & I was charged R100 by FNB for that. If Cell C has debited me for the correct amount of R463.23 there would have been enough. They tried to debit R629.01. I want to be repaid all cash owed INCLUDING R100 for a bounced debit order. That's a total of R300.77. I am NOT paying for your incompetence.<br> How much longer will this take?!
