Decrepit Cell C
Hi, I am utterly disgusted by the fact that Cell C (like other service providers) terminate cell phone numbers due to inactivity.
They do this without any warning, leaving the customer with a huge problem. For instance, I cannot access an online account, since I require an OTP sms to my number and of course I cannot receive phone calls any more.
They refuse to assist in any way, stating that the numbers are permanently deactivated - this is *******, since they are recycled!
It's all about money for them, but at the very least they can warn their customers?!!
