Declining service delivery

Was refunded data and airtime by cell c but I can only use the data. I've tried calling various numbers on various networks but the airtime won't work. I've called in numerous call centres but they can only give you a reference number as a form of helping you. Called in your technical support centre but your technicians are awfully rude, *********** and lie to you when you ask for their name. I can even give you voice recordings of the conversations if required
