Declined for upgrade!

Upgrade time for my number and now I am being declined due to my credit score! Suddenly after upgrading my other number in April.....now I am being declined. Due to debt review - had no other choice (due to covid and had NO income for 4 months) but still managed to pay cell c (help from friends and family). Oh and the best is.....their policy changed without any notice to me that if you are on debt review you will be declined to upgrade or get a contract. So now.....why must i still pay them....i am on debt review and they will not assist me further. All they say is......i am so sorry. Sorry for what, we all go through bad spots and career issues but hey, they got their money every month. So thank you for the last 6 or 7 years as a client but stuff you now. FYI I am on debt review for almost 3 years and still I could upgrade in April.....but not now.
