Declined for 15years ago arrears
So after 16 years ago of closing our cell C account which was arrears. We just decided to apply for a new cell C contract, myself and my wife. Just to say we were declined because Cell C has on their record of arrears of 15 years ago, we even have our paid up letters from the attorneys and our ITC record has no sign of this arrears. I think this is really pathetic, as I cannot believe that for 15 years ago you still don't want business

04 Feb 2021, 14:29As I mentioned, there is no trace of of Cell C on my ITC, as it was removed a decade ago. We are monitoring our credit profile for the past 15 years. This is the pathetic service one receive from Cell C. Do some investigation internally before you explore external service providers.
