Decline for contract

on 05/04/2016 I app**** for a R 149.00 x 24 Cell C contract at the Glocell branch in Richardsbay. On 09/04 Stanley phoned me and stated that they have declined me for the contract. On 10/04 he phoned me again, and stated that he did something wrong on the forms and he will resubmit.<br> <br> Today he phoned me and said that I've been declined due to the fact that the first one was declined?<br> <br> I have a clear credit record and I'm frustrated that this will now show extra quires on my credit profile with something I didnt get?<br> <br> Please assist.
