Deception unreal billing

I was away on holiday cell c claims i used my data when i was away they blocked my card refusing to email me an itemised billing. Worst customer service. After card blocked still claiming i accessed Internet and used up all gig's. Supervisor refused to speak to me<br> Want head office to please contact me
