Debuting my account months after i left cell c

I cancelled my contract with cell c for reasons that I could complain about all day but my complaint comes after I had cancelled my contract with cell c and left 2 months ago. <br> <br> I paid my early cancellation fee and for the next 2 months they have kept debuting my account even though I am not with them anymore. <br> <br> I have phoned COUNTLESS times trying to sort his out and the call centre cannot help me, they can't give me a number to phone to sort this out as they say cellc will contact you back in the next 48 hours with your problem resolved. It's been 2 and a half weeks since this has happened and I have spoken to countless call centre people all giving me the same excuse and saying I can't help u resolve your problem, wait for them to phone you back. <br> <br> Cellc is so big in buying people out of contracts and helping new customers out, but the second u leave them for certain reasons they don't care about you and don't try and help you in anyway as I don't owe them anything. <br> <br> This is terrible and even if cellc offered R10000 to buy me out of my new contract with my new service provider I would say thanx BUT NO THANX. <br> <br> Cellc never again.
