Debt settle in full - still on Credit Bureaus

My son settled his Cell C accounts in full in August 2015 in order for them to remove his name from the Credit Bureaus.<br> He received a call from them stating that they had done son. <br> He app**** for a job but because of these 2 debits, he didn't get the job. <br> How unfair is that. Absolute disgusting service. <br> I am going to hold them personally responsible for this for lack of income.
