Debt review customer seeking for a contract upgrade.

I’ve had an existing contract with cellc since from 2018 before I was under debit review, now i can’t upgrade my contract of which is not part of the debt counseling, and my current account is not in arrears. I have to understand how come can this be linked as a credit agreement although it’s a service agreement. After 4 years of being loyal customer and this is what iam currently facing. Canceling my existing contract would be the best option for the both parties.
