DEBITS WHEN THEY WANT, WHAT THEY WANT AND DNT INFORME YOU ABOUT ANYTHING BEFORE HAND

So being a cell c customer for so many years, and for the first time a payment error on my side,cell c only let me know a month later the payment ddnt go off...and after arranging with them il pay it if it ddnt go off..they just went in to my account on a random day like they feel and debited the money anyway even after arranging to pay the amount in store..then after they debited Double which was for the new month as well.they then got there money but for some reason they kept trying to debit more..now me knowing I only put enough in this account so their won't be more to debit, but cell c just tried taking several times on different random days, only for me to check my statement and wonder what all the R10,s are taken for bank charges ..to relise its again cell c That did not inform me of anything and just debit debit debit like they want to...I then call cell c to ask why they trying to debit money after my bill is paid up full..THE MANAGER TELLS ME WELL YOU OWE US NOW AN R80 FOR THE DEBIT ORDER OF THAT PREVIOUS MONTH THAT DDNT GO OFF AND R80 IS THE LATE PAYMENT CHARGE..so now I tell her, but you AGAIN DID NOT INFORM ME AND NOW MY BANK CHARGES ARE R100 BECOUSE OF YOU TRYING TO DEBIT ON DAYS YOU FEEL LIKE IT WITHOUT INFORMING ME... and because of that I feel it's only fair to remove the R80 becouse now I owe my bank a R100 because of them...she tells me she cnt remove it i must pay it and pay my banks R100....so then I ask can they then add it to the next month's bill instead of randomly debiting and making my bank charges accumulate...she tells me she will see what she can do and will get back to me...it's been days and no call back...for a loyal customer of so many years to BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND PUT ME IN MORE DEBT BECOUSE OF CELL C INCOMPETENCE ..I HAVE NO WORDS I WOULD RATHER CLOSE THIS WHOLE ACCOUNT THAN TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THIS...FOR ONES YOU CNT EVEN ASSIST A CUSTOMER YOU WOULD RATHER LOOSE THE CUSTOMER BECOUSE YOU INSIST ON THE R80 and want it NOW! And dnt care how and when you debit peoples accounts...you people are sick...bad things always happen to people like you...the Lord will deal with your kind..manager still has a nerve to tell me they are still going to let me know..AFTER THEY ALREADY DID WHAT THEY DID..PATHETIC!
