Debits Even Though No Contract

To cut the story short - I app**** for a router with Cell C - I didn't get the router - Dumolwenkosi mistakenly booked a Nokia lumnia phone for me - after realising his mistake - Cell C took their phone and I withdrew the application for a router because there wasn't stock.<br> <br> Now since then Cell C has been running ******* debits on my bank account - each time I have had to reverse the debits - I don't get banking fees back from cell c for this - in addition, Cell C even created an account for me which is acc number ***. I am contemplating on taking Cell C to court over this. Please sort it out - if a week this has not been sorted - I will take Cell C to court for a variety of things including *******ly accessing my bank account.
