Debiting money for an account that is paid up
Really CELLC once again you go ahead and debit money for an account that is paid up. I am logging this with the credit ombuds if not sorted immediately.

Why? You debited my account again on the 03/01/2021 and have the decency to send me a statement. When I spoke to one of your consultants on the 10/12/2021 he has explained to me where the previous amounts come from and also advised what I need to do before debit order date - I guess this was a Lie, but I need that recording dated 10/12/2021 12:52 call length was 11 Min 6 Sec. So I can take this up with the Credit Ombuds.
