Debiting for Unknown Insuarnce policy

<p>C nsurance underwritten by Finrite Admistrators debited me money for a Cellphone insurance in May under certifivate number CSPOL ********** . I called them and asked them about it as I had not taken insurance with them. They apologised and a guy called Thembani Sathekge sent me a cancellation letter on the 25th of May that the policy had been cancelled. However, I did not receive any refund for that. 5 months later, in November they have debited me again! How come when they claimed that the insurance had been cancelled? I have called them 5 times already under 'queries' and they have made me wait for more than 30 minutes on the line in all those times with no help! When I chose the 'new policy' option on their line, they picked up in 2 seconds and the lady I spoke to said she was transferring me and I waited for ages still no help! I'm getting tired of this horrible service!</p>
