Debiting before time

I would just like to know who changed my debit order date from the 1st to the 30th?? I specifically advised that I get paid on the last date of the month it could be the 30th or the 31st this is why I said my debit order should be the on the 1st of every month!

Now I am told my account was debited on the 29th ??????????? seriously guys I thought this was sorted long ago as I have not had this problem in so long. I had to hang up with the consultant that is helping me as she put me on hold for long. Please can this be sorted out as I will not be debited twice next month.

I am still waiting for feedback regarding my insurance for my upgrade as I asked for the P8 to be taken out and for the P20 to be added but till today NOTHING!!!

So I returned the call as I saw I had miscalls only to my annoyance, transferred all over the place only to speak to a sarcastic Nobuhle asked to speak to her supervisor was put on hold ended up cutting the call. I wish I had terminated my contract instead of upgrading because this is not what I signed up for!!!!!!!!!! im literally sick of this and i am done with the call center. Can we have a resolution to this asap as i will not raise my pressure for Cell c.

Yesterday I was off and I had no call what so ever from cell c and today is the 9th of October, please can my account be debited as the funds have been there not used!!! Seems like nobody is interested in helping and honestly I don't have time for all of this, not only are guys wasting my time but now you messing with my money.........................

I have not received any email from Cell c, I updated my email to *** in September, guess that was not done either?? Awesome service I tell you. Please Can you just debit my account because this is not helping. This will go on till month and for what? to inconvenience me even more? my debit date please make it the 5th of every month.
