Debiting account after end of 24-month account

I got a 24-month contract with Cell C in August 2016 for a Huawei P8 Lite. This is now 24 months after the start of the contract but you are still debiting my account with the stop orders?!! Is this ***** or just oversight?

Good morning Michael

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.

If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for
the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.
