Debited with different amounts
ON the 31 Jan 2021 , i was debited with an amount of R738 and was supposed to pay R369. I contacted Cell c at 19:55 pm and spoke Nomfundo Buthelezi and she said that they made a mistake and will reverse in 24 hours . Up until today there has been no refund and no call back . Absolutely disgustedly with them . I want to cancel my account when its due for upgrade .
