Debited twice in one month double the agrees amount.

Cell C has debited my account twice in one month, first on the 15th and i was told that i had a balance. " please note i never approved any debit from them on the 15th, I have a debit order for the last day of the month.

I call the contact center and spoke to Umphile... we finalized our conversation by saying that was the balance due to my account. I asked him are you sure there will be no other balance that pops up when i have to pay for my contract. He assures me and say no.

Second debit on the 31 and yet again not the amount we had agreed on. They debited me more than double. Now going back to my call i was assured there is no more balance. I send an email to query this yet again after the debit went off. Escalations comes back to me and they say i have a balance of R463.17 now. So who is fooling who here. Can Cell C please stop this games and return my money please.
