Debited twice

My account was debited twice. Who gave you the authority to do so?? Who's gonna pay for the debit order fee?Who's gonna pay for the penalty fee my other debit order that didn't go through?? So I must suffer and pay all those because of your stupid mistake.. I want my money back in the account before 12:00 pm.. With all those extra fees as well.. Been loyal for so many year's and never missed a single payment and other complanies must wait till you see fit. If you miss a payments cellc charges you R50 ,the debit order that won't go through will charge me R99 who's gonna pay that???
