Debited out after we ported out.

Good day,

I ported my number out on the 29th of October to MTN. It went active on the 31st of October on MTN.

Thus for the full month of November my contract was not with Cell C anymore but with MTN. The port was successful, as I am loading data from MTN

I was just debited today (6th of December).

This is not correct. I was never informed by CellC of any cancellation fee which is not legal! Please provide me with the proof of cancellation fee quotation as is the law.

Kindly refund immediately and cancel my contract.
