DEBITED MY MONEY FOR DATA I DIDN'T RECEIVE, STUGGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK 😤

So cell c gives me wrong data package,canceled it after 2 months,gives me the right data package but the data doent work NO SIGNAL, I call back asking then to cancel the whole package coz I can't sit with data that doesn't work and they keep making mistakes,they then tell me it's canceled and I won't be charged for anything,data then gone contract canceled, BOOM!!!! DEBIT ORDER FOR THE PACKAGE OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND CNT SEEM TO GET HOLD OF THEM TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK......SO WHAT THE *@&#^#^$ DO YOU DO WITH THIS PEOPLE, THINK I SHOULD JUST TAKE THE COMPAINT FURTHER COZ THEY CNT SEEM TO LISTEN AND FIX THERE MISTAKES ...as you can see iv been on this hello Peter for 2 months now trying to sort this issue out,they think I'm a fool,call me telling me it will get sorted when I put this on hello Peter,but then after that call I dnt hear from them again and still not fixed,they cnt seem todo anything right,either their staff are not equipped todo this job or they just taking me for a fool,I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT
