debited my account and i have no contract with the
I ordered a router in December and an incorrect router was delivered and I went to a cellc store and they called the contact centre and they had someone come collect the router from my house and I never received anything from cellc since but today I realised that my bank account was debited, yet I have no contract with cellc!
