Debited more money

Every December cell C debits more, now is the 2nd time it happened year ago. Tomorrow I'm porting my number cell c is bad and desperate for the money. I loved it though it does not fully cover to some areas I normally visit... But tomorrow is the end of the relationship.... If this was a system issue it should be communicated - taking responsibility. Now they need to learn that a small mistake could cost a company.
