DEBITED INCORRECT ACCOUNT
<p>At the end of April I changed my bank account and went into the Cell C shop in Brakpan. I gave them proof of account from the bank and asked them to change the debit order on my 2 phones. One was changed and the other was not. As a result my one phone account has bounced at my old account. CELL C PLEASE CALL ME TODAY ABOUT THIS</p>

Not only did they ensure that the problem with the debit order did not happen again, they granted me a credit. Special mention must be made of Moses, who handled my complant in an efficiant and understanding manner. Good customer service. Thank you
