Debited for whatsup bundle that I never requested

On the 31:12:2021 I was double debited by Cell C on my two contracts and when I enquire I was told that I took what's up bundles which I called and requested them, which was not true I asked them for proof of the recording. There was no proof and I was told that it will be cancelled till today I am being debited for something I am not using.
