Debited for cancelled fibre
At the end of march i was debited for my fibre line i called them and the agent assured me that it was the last debit,just to get debited again this morning totally unacceptable, my line was cancelled two more than a month ago still being debited shame on you cell-c never again.

02 May 2023, 09:52It was not cancelled on the 30th of april i mailed to cancel in march and the agent told me the last debit would have gone off on the 1st april now ive been debited again for april,even though i have been told thelast debit was going to be on the 1st april *** you are welcome to contact me since your department just cancelled my call
