cell c has done it again it has not even been a week having a complain and now they have done worse, I am really disappointed now. Cell c debited R968 on my account instead of R439 and I called customer care they said they will fix it within 2 days and 4 days later no 1 has even tried contacting me my ***. I need my money back cell c

03 Dec 2025, 12:04Is it possible that you guys take your data and bring back my money because what you saying makes no sense. You guys debited R968 instead of R438 on my account now you telling me that you cant refund me because the data was not on discounted anymore, you promised to refund me now I'm being told they wont, while they can see I was over charged. I'm tired of cell c this isn't the 1st time I upgraded with cell c but I've never had this kind of problem when I upgraded this is pure ******* cell c its unacceptable
