Debited after logging complaint to cancel policy!!

This is now the 2nd complaint i am logging regarding finrite insurance and cell c. on the 28th September i called to cancell the insurance. i got bad service and logged a complaint.. they had refunded me and comfirmed the insurance was cancelled. To my suprize i was debited on the 31 October. <br> I then called this pathetic call centre again and recieved pathetic service from a lady that did not want to tell me her name and then put me on hold when i asked to speak to her team leader. <br> <br> this has now costed me phone call expenses and was an absolute waste of my time. i am going to take this matter to the ombudsman!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!
