Debited 3 times in 1 day!

Hi,<br> <br> I have an insurance on my phone from Csurance and my account get debited R175 on the 1st of every month. Today there were 3 debits of R175 from my account. <br> I called the call centre and was told that it looks like it has only been debited once. I was told to send my bank statements to a speciifc email address and then it would be sent to head office etc! <br> I did not authorize this and this is *****ing from my account! <br> <br> I called my bank to reverse these 2 extra charges and was charged R35 to do so plus 20 minutes of my airtime! They have also blocked this debit order as they cannot reverse charges without blocking an account. so I will have to call back to reactivate it. <br> Apparently doing this also gives me a negative credit rating!!!! <br> <br> I do not understand why this has happened and need some answers asap before I can reactivate my debit order.<br> <br> I do not want this happening again! This has all been at my expense and I would appreciate the money spent to rectify this mistake back from Cell C! <br>
