Debit wrong contract amount

Took a cell c contract out recently. They are debiting the wrong amount from my account. I raised a complaint on their website and phoned them numerous times to follow up on my reference number - *** for over a week now with no reply.

In a pandemic they are very quick to take people's hard earned money but don't bother to resolve issues. Pathetic
