Debit without consent.

They debited from my bank account without my consent after I canceled our contract at its end.

Hi Clifton

Thank you for contacting Cell C.

The 062 has been cancelled. You were only billed for 084 number.

Why is R677, 29? That 084 *** number data does not cost this amount.
I called you, the lady who have been assisting me said You debited because I did not cancel the debit order for 062****577, I only canceled the contract of which that is nonsense. She also said I should have canceled also the debit order when I called for cancelation of contract. The number 062****577 is on prepaid and did not receive any airtime or minutes this.

Good morning,

We debited your account in June with R419 which was to be the last debit order for the 062 number.
The debit order returned unpaid on the 08th of July 2021 hence we billed you R677.29 which is including your July invoice.

If the payment did not reverse from your end. Please send us your bank statement to *** and advise once you have.

I don't even get why you debited R419 for because our contract ended on 11 June. So you should have debited for 11 days not for the whole month. Now you have debited me more than 24 months. Meaning you have exceeded our period of agreement

The benefits were fully loaded on the 1st of June, which is why we billed you the full subscription fee . This is the same period which your bill is generated.

The device fee you are liable to pay for 24 months.
