debit when ever they feel like it, data dissapeari

3 of our cellphones where cut last week, we made a cash payment and phones got put back on yesterday they debited our account (same amount for the last 4months)refusing to refund our money, we have asked numerous times for the debit orders to be cancelled. Will never use Cellc in our life again. Call centre is rude and not helpful at all. Due to this we were unable to pay our deposit on our house and we have lost the house. Thank u cellc for being so pathetic
