Debit taken off for someone else's account!

<p>On 31 July I had 2 debit orders come off my account. I have 2 contracts but have always only had 1 debit order come off my account. <br />A debit for R502.99 came off for account number ********** 90 which is not my account number.<br />Upon going into a cell c branch, their records only show 1 debit order was processed on my account. I have contacted the call centre, who after 4 attempts eventually they said I should send proof (bank statement) to 2 email addresses. I see the query was forwarded to the contract department on 06/08/2017. Ref Number: ********** 386. I have heard nothing since then.<br />Cell C please give me my money back!</p>
